When cleaning out an Estate there were a lot of canning jars. We kept out a few dozen for our selves and plan to sell these on our next yard sale. (The jars pictured above are older ones with glass tops.) They are also great for storage! We plan to can tomato's and spaghetti sauce.

i never grow enough to can only enough to eat in one season, but my first choice would be tomatos!
